Our factory/manufacturing unit is divided into [4] categories/departments producing:

- Effervescent tablets; with a production capacity of 9-10 Lac units per day.
- Normal tablets; with a production capacity of staggering 10-12 lacs units a day.
- Hard Gelatine capsules; producing 10-12 lacs units in a day,
- Protein powders; producing 2-5 tons in a day.

**Job Role: Coating Operator**

**Department**: Production / Manufacturing
**Reports to**: Production Supervisor / Manufacturing In-Charge

**Job Summary**:
The Coating Operator is responsible for operating tablet coating machines, ensuring uniform coating quality in compliance with manufacturing standards and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic coating machines.
- Follow batch manufacturing records (BMR) and SOPs during the coating process.
- Monitor parameters such as spray rate, pan speed, inlet/outlet temperature, and airflow.
- Perform in-process checks like weight gain and appearance.
- Clean and maintain coating equipment as per cleaning SOPs.
- Ensure proper documentation and report any abnormalities or deviations.
- Maintain safety, hygiene, and compliance at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of tablet coating processes (aqueous and non-aqueous, if applicable).
- Understanding of GMP and process validation.
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical tablet coating (preferred).

**Job Role: Blister Operator**

**Department**: Production / Packaging
**Reports to**: Production Supervisor / Packaging In-Charge

**Job Summary**:
The Blister Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring blister packaging machines to ensure products are packaged according to GMP standards and production targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate blister packaging machines as per batch manufacturing records (BMR) and SOPs.
- Ensure correct materials (e.g. foil, PVC, tablets) are used.
- Monitor machine parameters and make adjustments to maintain output and quality.
- Perform in-process checks (e.g. batch code, print clarity, sealing).
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the machine and surrounding area.
- Report any deviations or machine issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Record all production and cleaning activities as per GDP (Good Documentation Practice).

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging processes.
- Understanding of GMP and safety practices.
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in blister packing (preferred).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
