**Responsibilities**:
New paint formulation development & scouting of new Raw Materials for Seed coatings.
Administering the quality of Raw materials and finished goods.
ISO 9001:17025 (Laboratory Management) related documentation at laboratory.
ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management) related documentation at production.
Provide support in Tech transfers and supervise Production operations.
Maintain and drive improvements in SHE practices in the lab and the production sites.

Support for planning and running multiple projects and carrying out experiments in R&T.
Support the design and carry out laboratory experiments. Review the results and seek answers to problems encountered through collection of
data and investigation.
Provide a technical support service to sales and marketing as and when required, e.g., answering customer’s technical enquiries, recommending products, promoting products, undertaking training sessions & providing desired solutions.

**Essentials**:
B.Tech/M.tech or PHD in surface coatings

Knowledge and experience of Polymer Science / Paint (water soluble paint - water based) Technology
Knowledge to work in paint / coating Research and Development independently.
2-3 years experience in water soluble paint / ink industry
Any experience of minerals will be added advantage.
Having good written and verbal communication skill.
