As a Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in building and refining AI-driven solutions. You’ll develop machine learning algorithms, analyze complex datasets, and deliver actionable insights to our stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of design, development and deployment of advanced algorithms and machine learning models to solve business-critical analytical challenges.
- Develop, refine, and optimize Machine Learning (ML) algorithms from large datasets.
- Represent data-driven outcomes in an intuitive and meaningful manner for stakeholders.
- Write robust, efficient programs integrating offline or online ML models with other modules.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement scalable AI-powered solutions.
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization in existing workflows and develop solutions accordingly.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior data scientists and analysts.
- Proactively contribute to product roadmap by identifying opportunities for AI and data science innovation.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in data science and machine learning technologies.

**Skills Required**:

- Education: B.Tech / MS / Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics.
- Proficient in Python, with strong skills in libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning techniques, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data structures, and efficient query optimization.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Prior experience in advertising technology or programmatic media buying is highly advantageous.
