**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a talented **Data Scientist - AI** to join our innovative team. As a Data Scientist specializing in Artificial Intelligence, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying advanced machine learning models and AI algorithms to solve complex business problems. The role requires a deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and artificial intelligence techniques, as well as the ability to work with large datasets and collaborate across departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Implement AI Models**: Design, implement, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models (e.g., neural networks, reinforcement learning, NLP models) to address business needs.
- **Data Analysis & Preprocessing**: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- **Feature Engineering**: Identify and extract relevant features from raw data to improve model performance.
- **Model Training and Evaluation**: Train AI models on large datasets, fine-tune hyper parameters, and assess performance using metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score.
- **Deployment of AI Solutions**: Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy machine learning models into production environments.
- **Business Problem Solving**: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges and propose AI-driven solutions to improve business outcomes.
- **Research & Development**: Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends, research papers, and methodologies to ensure that the company remains competitive in the field of artificial intelligence.
- **Collaboration**: Work with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI models into scalable solutions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience working as a Data Scientist or in a similar AI-related role.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning and AI models.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
