**Job Requirement**:

- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical with 5+ Years of Experience
- Experienced Buyer position responsible for all aspects of sourcing steel CRCA /HRCA raw materials, including Brought out parts Powder for coating and other parts to support manufacturing processes. Locates and develops new sources that result in on-time receipt of the highest quality, lowest cost materials.
- Have good market knowledge of Sourcing of steel RM like sheets /GI sheets square tube/pipes /machined /fabrication parts and know how about Outsourcing activity and Import process
- Hands on experience is required for planning of Raw material outsources parts paint etc
- Fair knowledge of QMS /ISO systems is must
- Evaluate current and anticipated requirements, determine potential sources, obtain bids, and plan programs to meet business needs. Reviews bid proposals and negotiates contracts within budgetary limitations and scope of authority.
- Achieve lowest possible cost for material, employing appropriate negotiations and cost/price analysis techniques.
- Implement purchase contracts following applicable company and government regulations. Develops legal conditions of purchase contracts, negotiates contracts, contract changes, adjustments and terminations.
- Coordinate, help direct, as well as perform, all required functions from initiation of intent to purchase through to satisfactory delivery of material or services. Establish priorities, initiate and manage projects, meet deadlines.
- Perform continual market analysis and monitor supplier progress. Corresponds with, and meets supplier representatives, visits supplier locations and conducts audits as necessary to evaluate capability and maintain positive supplier relations.
