- Develop your skills as an Auction Expert and Support Specialist, managing relationships across multiple group companies with a trusted manufacturer

- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Provide onsite support to guide and assist clients with leveraging technology for transactions, ensuring optimal use of our services
- Independently handle vendor training sessions to ensure seamless onboarding and usage
- Conduct auctions as requested by group companies, collaborating with the client to assess the suitability of categories for auctions and strategizing accordingly
- Analyze spend data across different group companies and suggest potential categories for auctions to optimize spend
- Create and maintain daily/monthly reports to track savings and software utilization for both the client and the organization
- Develop progress charts/usage trackers and keep the client’s SPOC updated on a daily or fortnightly basis
- Engage with SPOCs/users to maintain auction usage counts and introduce new software modules based on process analysis
- Coordinate effectively with the Tech, Sales and Management teams for issue escalation and solution implementation
- Learn new software releases/modules and collaborate with the product, support and sales teams to effectively introduce them to group companies
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by appropriately handling complaints and suggestions
- **Essential Skills**:_
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both client and internal communications
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- High maturity and patience, with the ability to adapt to different situations and challenges
- Ability to seek and implement best practices to improve internal processes and enhance client experience
- **Additional Skills**:_
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes
- Familiarity with e-auction processes is preferred
- Basic understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP’s Material Management Module
- Hands-on experience with support or project management tools is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
