**Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation through proactive outreach, relationship building, and effective communication. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities of the profile**:
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and expand our network.
- Continuously strive to improve sales processes, techniques, and customer experiences.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
