**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on incoming leads.
- Understand customer requirements and present appropriate solutions.
- Schedule appointments, product demos, or meetings for the field sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and customer information.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for the smooth execution of deals.
- Share regular updates and reports with the Sales Manager.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or telesales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- **Fluency in English and Kannada**
**Preferred Qualities**:
- Prior experience in B2B or B2C inside sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good listening skills and customer-first attitude.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
