Job Overview:
Help to increase the overall performance of the sales teams by creating and deploying leading-edge learning interventions

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop material required for training for example outline, handouts, presentation etc.
2. Conduct training sessions for new and current sales personnel.
3. Monitor and report the effectiveness of the training program.
4. Gather sales performance data to measure the success of the training program; monitor ROIs and develop training programs to improve effectiveness and retention.
5. Work on learning methodologies /ideas for retaining the learning in the training session.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and demands of a corporate sales environment.

Required Skills/Abilities:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
2. At least 1 year experience as a Sales Training Specialist, Corporate Sales Trainer or a similar role.
3. Strong working knowledge of the sales process and its best practices.
4. Proficiency in e-learning platforms.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
6. Ability to motivate others to improve their skills.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
