**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure physical inventory matches system records.
- Implement and oversee effective inventory control measures.

**2) Receiving and Dispatch**:

- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.

**3) Stock Rotation and Shelf Organization**:

- Monitor stock levels and implement proper stock rotation procedures.
- Organize and maintain a well-structured and clean warehouse or storage area.

**4) Order Fulfilment**:

- Process internal and external orders promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfil order requirements efficiently.

**5) Supplier Communication**:

- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Communicate and resolve any discrepancies in shipments or orders.

**6) Reporting**:

- Generate and analyze regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and order fulfilment.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing inventory processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience of 2 years in similar capacity, inventory management or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
