**About Us**:
We are a growing brand specializing in curated home decor and authentic Indian handicrafts, with both a physical retail presence and a growing online store. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Store In-Charge** to manage daily operations, inventory, and sales across both our store and e-commerce platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Retail Store Management**:

- Supervise day-to-day store operations
- Assist customers and ensure excellent in-store experience
- Handle POS, daily cash, and billing activities
- Maintain store cleanliness and product display

**Inventory & Stock Management**:

- Track and manage stock levels across retail and online platforms
- Coordinate with vendors/artisans for new and restocked products
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory

**E-commerce Sales**:

- Manage product listings, pricing, and updates on the website
- Coordinate online order processing, packaging, and dispatch
- Handle basic customer queries related to online orders
- Track sales performance across platforms

**Reporting & Coordination**:

- Maintain daily sales, inventory, and cash reports
- Collaborate with marketing and backend teams for promotions and new launches

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail/e-commerce or store handling (preferably decor or handicrafts)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with inventory software, billing systems, and basic Excel
- Basic knowledge of website management and online marketplaces is a plus
- Reliable, proactive, and customer-focused
