**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a **Content Creator** who is not only creative but also understands the dynamics of **LinkedIn and Instagram**. This role will involve crafting content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement, brand awareness, and sales. You should have a deep understanding of how to optimize content for these platforms, build communities, and leverage trends to create impactful posts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, curate, and post content for Packin Club’s LinkedIn and Instagram channels that aligns with our brand voice and sustainability mission.
- Create engaging posts, stories, and reels that capture the attention of our target audience, including businesses, eco-conscious individuals, and industry leaders.
- Plan and execute content calendars for consistent posting and optimal engagement.
- Utilize platform features such as hashtags, tagging, and collaborations to expand reach and boost visibility.
- Monitor trends and updates on LinkedIn and Instagram to stay ahead of the curve and keep content fresh and relevant.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong community around the brand.
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions) and optimize strategies based on analytics.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create visuals and messaging that are on-brand and effective.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a content creator with a focus on LinkedIn and Instagram.
- In-depth knowledge of platform-specific strategies, trends, and best practices for organic growth.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and how to use data to improve performance.
- Ability to create visually appealing content (basic design/editing skills are a plus).
- Excellent written communication skills with a knack for crafting captions and engaging copy.
- A passion for sustainability and a genuine interest in eco-friendly products.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Experience in community building and influencer collaboration is a plus.

we will give you a renumeration of rupees of 5000/- after completion of the internship after 4 month and if you perfrom well, we will offer you a permanent Job.

This Internship also gives you flexibility of working hybrid as per the requirement.
