**Role Overview**

We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and social media-savvy **social media & Content Creator** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, trends, reels, and creating engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, plan, and execute engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
- Create and edit short-form videos, reels, carousels, and static posts that align with the brand’s tone and style
- Stay updated with social media trends, audio, memes, and platform updates
- Work closely with the strategy and design teams to align content with campaign goals
- Manage content calendars and maintain consistent brand voice and posting frequency
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table
- Occasionally appear on camera for brand content, reels, and behind-the-scenes coverage (optional but preferred)
- Engage with the online community — responding to comments, DMs, and helping grow follower engagement

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or digital media (internships/freelance welcome)
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and content trends
- Comfortable with tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing apps
- Excellent visual storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and detail
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

**Bonus Points If You Have**
- A personal or brand page with strong content examples
- Experience working with brands or influencers
- Photography or videography skills
- Knowledge of content strategy or social media analytics
