**position Overview**

A Content Creator develops and publishes engaging multimedia content—articles, blogs, social posts, videos, graphics—to grow brand presence and strengthen audience connection.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create content across formats: blog posts, social media captions, videos, infographics, and visuals.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, SEO, and social teams for cohesive campaigns.
- Conduct research on audience and industry trends to inform content strategy.
- Optimize content for SEO and platform algorithms using data-driven insights.
- Manage editorial calendars to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions) and iterate accordingly.
- Edit and proofread all content, maintaining brand voice and quality.
- Engage with communities: respond to comments, collaborate with creators or influencers.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 2-3+ years) as a content creator or in similar roles.
- Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency with CMS tools (e.g., WordPress), SEO best practices, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with design/video tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere).
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret content performance and adapt strategies.
- Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Creative mindset and adaptability to evolving platforms and trends.

**Preferred / Bonus Qualities**
- Experience in content marketing across B2B/B2C environments.
- Certifications in SEO, content strategy, or digital marketing.
- Leadership experience in ideation or mentoring junior creators.
- Multi-language or localization skills.
- Knowledge of emerging formats like short‑form video, podcasts, and interactive media.
