We are looking for a Customer Data Associate to join our dynamic, award-winning, and fast-growing team at CreditEnable.

**Role Objective**
As a Customer Data Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely records. The overall objective of this role is to provide the Operations & Credit team with fast and efficient support in dealing with inbound and outbound customer data.

**Daily Responsibilities**:

- Strong process knowledge of KYC documentations.
- Hands-on experience on OVD document checking.
- Document scrutiny - Bank Statement.
- Reviewing customer's documents for deficiencies.
- Maintains Data Entry in the system
- Co-ordination with Sales team, Credit Team & Tech Team for completion of files.
- Tracking the deferral / waiver approval.
- MIS generation
- Maintaining all customer related information/details confidential.
