The Warehouse Executive plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of our fashion warehouse. This role involves

overseeing and participating in various warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching fashion products,

ensuring accuracy, maintaining inventory, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receiving and Processing:

- Efficiently unload incoming shipments of garments, accessories, and other fashion items.
- Verify incoming goods against purchase orders and packing lists, ensuring accuracy in

quantity, style, and condition.
- Accurately label and record received items into the inventory management system.
- Report any discrepancies or damages immediately to the supervisor.
- Storage and Organization:

- Organize and store fashion items in designated warehouse locations according to

established procedures (e.g., by product type, size, season).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment, adhering to safety

regulations.
- Optimize storage space utilization to maximize capacity and efficiency.
- Order Fulfillment and Dispatch:

- Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements and delivery

schedules.
- Ensure the quality and condition of items before dispatch.
- Prepare shipping documentation and labels accurately.
- Coordinate with courier services and internal delivery teams for timely dispatch of

orders.
- Inventory Management:

- Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Identify and report any stock discrepancies or potential issues (e.g., low stock, damaged

items).
- Assist in implementing inventory control measures to minimize losses and optimize stock

levels.
- Quality Control:

- Inspect fashion items for any defects, damages, or inconsistencies.
- Ensure that all items meet quality standards before storage or dispatch.
- Isolate and report any non-conforming items according to procedures.
- Safety and Compliance:

- Adhere to all warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Report any safety hazards or concerns to the supervisor.
- Participate in safety training programs as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
