**Responsibilities**:

- **Plan events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.**
- **Actively solicit partnership with corporates, events planners and respond to inquiries with the intention of confirming profitable business for restaurant and pub and achieving sales goals.**
- **Conduct property tours and entertain event planners of meetings, social events, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings or other events.**
- **Coordinate the sales efforts between marketing department and events to ensure proper utilization of outlet space to yield maximum revenues.**
- **Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, Vloggers and invite them to promote the individual outlets.**
- **Identifying DJ’s, Singers & musicians and signing up for performing at the outlet.**
- **Lead promotional activities for the event.**
- **Ensure customer satisfaction at the outset of all events.**
- **Comply with OIEPL standards for sales and marketing.**
- **Knowledge of audio-visual equipment, internet and hybrid technology.**
- **Assist in developing and executing projects for assigned market areas to increase event activity, volume and profit.**
- **Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success.**
- **Prepare budgets and ensure adherence.**
- **Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.**

Job Requirements:

- A female graduate preferred
- 3-5 years previous event sales and/or event planning
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency
- Strong selling, interpersonal and team skills
- Strong organizational skills
- High level of creativity in Food and Beverage
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
- Customer-service orientation

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
