
Customer Service Executive

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients. You’ll maintain accurate customer records, proactively follow up on sales leads, and build lasting relationships through regular outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- **Customer Data Management**:
- Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system
- Ensure data integrity by auditing records and resolving discrepancies
- **Lead Follow-Up**:
- Review incoming leads daily and prioritize based on predefined criteria
- Document all interactions and next steps in the CRM
- **Customer Engagement & Retention**:
- Schedule and perform regular check-ins with existing customers
- Address questions, concerns, or feedback and coordinate resolution with relevant teams
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and hand off qualified leads to Sales
- **Reporting & Analysis**:
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on lead status, customer touchpoints, and follow-up success rates
- Monitor key metrics (e.g., response time, conversion rate) and suggest process improvements
- **Collaboration**:
- Liaise with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Share customer insights and patterns to inform product enhancements and marketing campaigns

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
