**We are looking for an organized, engaging admissions counselor who will connect with students and get the most out of her experience experience.**

Mentor students/ provided leads by giving real life examples and building rapport with the student as well as parents

Counselling and responding quickly to assigned Students Leads/prospects and converting them to students by understanding their needs and concerns

Willing to work in a dynamic working environment

We will coach you to have strong phone presence and experience connecting with maximum numbers of customers as per timelines

Detailed Responsibilies:

- Handle calls on leads generated
- Describe our courses, facilities and USP of the same and try to generate maximum conversions.
- Regular follow-ups with potential leads.
- Overall problem solving for stduents and coordination as necessary.
- Handle any operations-related activities that may be required.
- Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excel.
- Generate relevant reports from the same.
- Admission counseling of walk in inquires & converts them into admissions.
- Visit schools, colleges & tuition classes when necessary for tie-ups.
- Keen to learn & upgrade product knowledge from time to time for better sales.
- Conduct zoom sessions and counsel parents over video meetings.

**Skills Required**:

- Attractive personality and excellent communication skills.
- Must be fluent in English & Marathi communication.
- Relevant working experience of atleast 1 preffered.
- Should have effective convincing skills to deal with parents.
- Responsible for achieving targets and open to work in extensive working environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
