As an Admission Counselor at iAssure International Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for assisting prospective students through the admissions process, providing guidance, information, and support to help them make informed decisions about their educational journey. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

- **Student Guidance**: Provide information about the educational programs, admission requirements, curriculum, tuition fees, and financial aid options to prospective students.
- **Counseling**: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their educational goals, interests, and career aspirations, and provide personalized guidance accordingly.
- **Recruitment Events**: Represent iAssure International Technologies Pvt Ltd at recruitment events, such as college fairs, information sessions, and campus visits, to promote educational programs and attract potential students.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain positive relationships with high schools, educational agencies, and other relevant organizations to enhance recruitment efforts and expand the reach of iAssure International Technologies Pvt Ltd.
- **Admissions Policies**: Stay updated on the company's admissions policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and consistency in the admissions process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in admissions counseling, student recruitment, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of educational programs, admissions processes, and higher education trends.
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional service to students and stakeholders.
