Warranty Coordinator reports to General Manager [Service] and is responsible for validating and approving the spares/parts exchange request via warranty after verifying the vehicle history and physically examining of the parts. Critical activities includes, approving parts to be replaced via warranty/extended warranty, issue of new parts after collecting the old parts, display of old parts as per the guidelines mentioned by MSIL, generate warranty number after write two line incident report in DMS, courier of warranty parts to MSIL for claim purpose, Seek for approval from TSM is parts exchanged via extended warranty exceed '2000 and vendor management (Tyre & Battery). Warranty In-Charge work closely with the floor team to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
