Job Title: Warranty Incharge – Car Showroom

Location: Chitlapakkam, Chennai

Experience: 2–4 years in automobile warranty handling or service operations

Salary: Based on experience and performance

Key Responsibilities

  • Handles warranty claims raised by the service department,
  • Coordinates with OEM/manufacturer representatives for claim approvals,
  • Works closely with service advisors and technicians, and
  • Ensures customers' post-service warranty issues are resolved smoothly.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2–4 years of experience in automobile service or warranty management.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle components, service procedures, and OEM warranty policies.
  • Proficient in DMS and MS Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹28,000.00 per month
