Scrutinize and process warranty claims as per company and OEM policy.
- Ensure proper documentation, including job cards, photographs, and repair history for claim submission.
- Coordinate with the technical and service teams for diagnosis and repair procedure alignment.
- Submit claims to the manufacturer or OEM portal in a timely manner.
- Monitor and follow up on pending claims until settlement.
- Analyze warranty trends and recurring failures; report to management and OEM.
- Provide training to service staff on warranty guidelines and documentation practices.
- Maintain warranty records for audits and ensure compliance.
- Handle rejections and resubmissions effectively by identifying root causes.
- Liaise with parts and service teams to ensure correct part usage and labor times in claims.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
