As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling travel products and services, providing travel advice, and ensuring a seamless booking process for clients. This role is crucial in building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their travel needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored travel solutions. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel requirements.
- **Product Knowledge & Recommendations**: Provide expert travel advice and suggest suitable travel packages, including flights, hotels, tours, and insurance.
- **Booking & Reservations**: Handle booking processes and ensure accurate reservations, coordinating with vendors as necessary.
- **Sales Targets & Reporting**: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, preparing sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities to remain competitive.
- **Customer Support**: Resolve any customer issues or complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Event Participation**: Participate in travel exhibitions, events, and sales tours to promote the company's offerings

Pay: Up to ₹35,532.33 per month
