**Job Title**: Field Sales Executive - Tyre Products

**Location**: Erode
**Industry**: Automotive / Tyres
**Experience**: 1-2 years in field sales (preferably in tyre or automotive sector)
**Reporting To**: Area Sales Manager / Sales Head

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and visit potential customers such as tyre dealers, service centers, transport companies, and fleet operators.
- Promote and sell tyre products to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain tyre specifications and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Execute on-ground marketing activities such as promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Track competitor activities and market trends and report findings to management.
- Ensure timely collections and resolve customer complaints or queries.
- Maintain proper documentation for sales, delivery, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and field activity updates.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven field sales and territory management experience
- Customer-focused with problem-solving ability
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in tyre/automotive spare parts industry is an added advantage
- **Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license**
