**Job Summary**:
We are looking for energetic and self-driven **Field Sales Executives** to join our team. Your primary role will be to visit potential clients, explain about our product’s benefits, features, and onboard them as clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and visit potential clients in the assigned area.
- Pitch and explain how it can help grow their business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and answer queries.
- Help clients complete onboarding and documentation process.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Gather feedback from the field and report to the internal team.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience in field sales, vendor onboarding is an advantage.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field work and meeting daily targets.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile apps.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is a must.
- Must be willing to travel locally within Erode District.

Incentives after 6 months based on performance.

Petrol allowance will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
