**Job Overview**

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Field Marketing Representative to be the face of our interior design firm. You will be responsible for building client relationships, promoting our services directly in the field, and driving foot traffic to our Experience Centers or Showrooms. This role involves a blend of on-ground marketing, lead generation, and brand representation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Visit potential clients (homeowners, builders, architects) to promote interior design services and explain our unique offerings
- Distribute promotional materials, collect customer data, and generate qualified leads
- Coordinate with the design and sales team to schedule follow-up calls or meetings with interested clients
- Share real-time visit updates, including geotagged photos and time-stamped records of field activity
- Maintain a daily/weekly report of outreach activities, leads generated, and conversions
- Educate customers about ongoing promotions, financing options, and project timelines
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve outreach strategies
- Ensure excellent brand representation and uphold the professionalism of the firm in every interaction

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred (Marketing, Design, or Business background a plus)
- Proven experience in field sales, marketing, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality and customer-focused approach
- Fluent in local language and English
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge or interest in interior design, home decor, or construction
- Ability to understand design offerings and explain services clearly
- Confidence in engaging both individual clients and professionals (e.g., builders, contractors)
