**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of solutions using Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of document templates and workflows.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
- Ensure the quality and performance of deliverables through rigorous testing and validation.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for all projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in project planning and provide accurate time estimates for tasks.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
- Implement best practices for data security and compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our solutions.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing knowledge and expertise.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a technical role.
- Demonstrate extensive experience with Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire.
- Have domain experience in Property and Casualty Insurance or Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Display excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Be capable of working in a hybrid work model with mínimal supervision.
- Have a strong understanding of data security and compliance best practices.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
- Show experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Be proficient in project planning and time estimation.
- Exhibit a continuous learning mindset and stay updated with industry trends.
- Have a collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

**Certifications Required**

Quadient Inspire Certification Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is a plus.
