**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of solutions using OT Empower Editor OT Exstream OT Designer and OT Design Manager.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of architectural frameworks and standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure alignment with architectural standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the scalability performance and security of architectural solutions.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation for architectural designs and processes.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to development teams.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices into architectural designs.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of architectural goals.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior architects and development team members.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of architectural processes and methodologies.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong background in OT Empower Editor OT Exstream OT Designer and OT Design Manager.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show proficiency in designing scalable and secure architectural solutions.
- Have experience in conducting code reviews and providing technical feedback.
- Be capable of working effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
