**Job Summary**

- Develop and maintain OnBase API integrations to streamline processes.
- Implement and manage OnBase Workflow to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure all OnBase solutions are compliant with industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest OnBase technologies and trends to ensure continuous improvement.
- Document all development processes and changes for future reference.
- Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong background in OnBase Application Enabler with proven experience.
- Have hands-on experience with OnBase API and integration techniques.
- Show proficiency in managing and optimizing OnBase Workflow.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Hold a relevant certification in OnBase or related technologies.
