**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design development and implementation of software solutions using Powerbuilder.
- Oversee the technical aspects of projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Ensure that software solutions meet business needs and are scalable and maintainable.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the best tools and techniques.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
- Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in software development with a focus on Powerbuilder.
- Have experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Display strong leadership and team management skills.
- Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Be proficient in conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Show capability to develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Demonstrate ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Have experience in project planning and estimation.
- Show ability to work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs.
- Exhibit strong troubleshooting and technical issue resolution skills.

**Certifications Required**

Certified PowerBuilder Developer Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is a plus.
