**Responsibilities**

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power BI and related tools to resolve issues promptly.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Power BI and related technologies to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate data sources and enhance data accessibility.
- Document processes methodologies and best practices for data management and reporting.
- Participate in rotational shifts to provide continuous support and ensure project timelines are met.
- Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering data-driven solutions that impact business outcomes positively.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong expertise in Power BI Report Builder MS Power Automate and Power BI Service.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Power BI and MS Excel for data analysis and visualization.
- Have solid experience with Database management and SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Show a keen interest in staying updated with emerging data technologies and trends.
- Display effective communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bring a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
