**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the implementation of QI Scaler QI ICM Explorer QI Dyna Comms QI CJM QI Designer and Quadient Inspire Interactive in various projects.
- Provide technical expertise and support to team members to resolve complex issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensure that all developed solutions are scalable maintainable and meet performance standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior developers to foster their growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all development activities.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong understanding of Quadient Inspire tools including QI Scaler QI ICM Explorer QI Dyna Comms QI CJM QI Designer and Quadient Inspire Interactive.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
- Have a background in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
- Possess the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
- Demonstrate experience in agile development methodologies.
- Show a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Have the ability to create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of performance optimization techniques.
