**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Design and develop high-quality software solutions using Maven Spring Boot and Java
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Maintain code quality organization and automation
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the technical roadmap
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed code
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain current and competitive
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with project plans and industry standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to software architecture and development processes

**Qualifications**
- Must have strong experience with Maven Spring Boot and Java
- Should have a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies
- Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Should have experience with version control systems like Git
- Must be able to write clean maintainable and efficient code
- Should have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Nice to have experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Nice to have familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker
- Should be committed to continuous learning and professional development
- Must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Should have experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
