**Key Responsibilities**

**Design & Planning**
- Develop architectural designs and layouts for multistory residential projects.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards.

**Mivan Technology Application**
- Integrate Mivan shuttering systems into design and construction workflows.
- Collaborate with structural engineers to ensure compatibility with Mivan technology.

**Project Coordination**
- Work with cross-functional teams, including civil engineers, contractors, and project managers.
- Review and approve construction drawings, material specifications, and site modifications.

**Quality Assurance**
- Conduct site visits to monitor the implementation of architectural designs and Mivan systems.
- Ensure high-quality finishes and compliance with safety standards.

**Innovation & Optimization**
- Propose innovative solutions for space optimization and cost-efficiency.
- Stay updated on advancements in Mivan technology and sustainable construction practices.

**Experience: 3-10 years in multistory residential projects**

**Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture (Diploma in Polytechnic preferred)**

**What We’re Looking For**:

✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Architectural Drafting

✔Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills

✔Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
