**Responsibilities**:

- Develop innovative and creative design concepts for interior spaces, with a strong emphasis on functionality and aesthetics.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp.
- Produce high-quality renderings using a rendering software (D5 experience is a plus).
- Contribute to the design and development of building facades.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures for projects.
- Coordinate with other design team members, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes and regulations.
- Conduct site visits and oversee project execution to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of [Specify Years of Experience - e.g., 2-5] years of professional experience as an Architect.
- Proven design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing interior design projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory.
- Proficiency in at least one rendering software. D5 experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and materials.
- Knowledge of facade design and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to design excellence.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

**Software Proficiency**:

- AutoCAD (mandatory)
- SketchUp (mandatory)
- Rendering Software (mandatory)
- D5 Render (preferred)
