Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect located in Noida. The Project Architect will be responsible for managing architectural projects, preparing submittals, ensuring compliance with design standards, and coordinating with various stakeholders. The role also involves conducting site visits and collaborating with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Qualifications

Prior

  • Experience with Large Architecture projects
  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
  • Profeciency in Rhino, Grasshopper, Cad, BIM, sketchup
  • Ability to prepare and review submittals
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Professional licensure in Architecture is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
