As we expand our portfolio, we're looking for a Project Architect to join our dynamic team in Noida.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Architect with strong expertise in AutoCAD and Revit, who can lead and manage design projects across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of cGMP compliance in architectural design and be capable of translating client requirements into efficient, regulation-compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead architectural design for pharmaceutical and allied facilities in compliance with cGMP, WHO, and FDA standards.


• Develop conceptual and detailed design drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.


• Coordinate with internal MEP, process, and validation teams to deliver integrated design solutions.


• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all project phases — from schematic design through construction documentation and site execution.


• Review and ensure architectural deliverables are aligned with project timelines and quality standards.


• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and adherence to design intent.


• Prepare BOQs, presentation documents, and technical reports as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.


• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software (SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office).


• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:


• Prior experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences facility design.


• Knowledge of Indian and international building codes and GMP regulations.


• Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) is an advantage.
