Job Description -Architect (1-2 Years Experience)

Position
- Architect

Location: Sector
- 132, Noida

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in concept design, schematic drawings, and detailed design development.

Prepare accurate *working drawings*, construction documents, and coordination drawings.

Create 3D models, views, and visualizations* using SketchUp and rendering software (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, etc.).

Support senior architects in preparing presentations, mood boards, and client deliverables.

Coordinate with consultants (MEP/Structural) for integration of services in design.

Conduct site visits and prepare progress reports when required.

Ensure adherence to building byelaws, codes, and project timelines.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in *SketchUp*, rendering plug-ins/software (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of *AutoCAD* for working drawings.
- Basic understanding of *construction details and materials*.
- Ability to translate concepts into visuals and detailed drawings.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Team player with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch).
- 1-2 years of professional experience in architectural design and drawings.
- Portfolio showcasing 3D visualization and working drawing capabilities.
