**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive - After Sales
**Location**: New Delhi
**Reporting to**: Customer Service Manager / Operations Manager
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers after the sale is closed.
- Confirm customer requirements and coordinate the next steps post-sales (such as scheduling, documentation, or service delivery).
- Address customer queries, concerns, or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, logistics, accounts) to ensure seamless execution of services.
- Track customer satisfaction and collect feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Ensure all after-sales processes are documented and followed as per company standards.
- Follow up on pending services or issues until resolution is achieved.
- Maintain updated records of customer interactions and service status in CRM or tracking tools.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the relevant department or manager.
- Support in generating repeat business and referrals by offering a positive customer experience.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- A customer-first mindset with patience and professionalism.
**Preferred Qualities**:
- Experience in after-sales service in the packers & movers, logistics, or relocation industry.
- Fluency in English and local language(s).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,446.59 - ₹30,000.00 per month
