Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.

Project Management
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing key projects and initiatives.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and progress.

Meeting Coordination
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including creating agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Ensure meeting materials are accurate and distributed in a timely manner.

Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
- Represent the executive team professionally in all interactions.

Data and File Management
- Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital records.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Ad Hoc Tasks
- Handle personal tasks and errands for executives as required.
- Support other administrative functions and departments as needed.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
