**Responsibilities**
- Create Job description for the required position
- Use platforms like LinkedIn to post a job and find talents
- Screening resumes and shortlisting profiles for the further interview rounds with technical team
- Make 30-40 screening calls per day
- Perform HR and initial technical screening interview
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Helps in employee onboarding & offboarding formalities
- Provide HR support and advice to employees and managers.

**Qualifications**
- Must have 5+ years of experience in Technical recruitment
- Must be well-versed with recruiting in-house talents in various technologies such as.NET, PHP, Python, etc.
- Deep understanding of HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, training etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in hiring for web, mobile, and software development roles
- Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best practices
- Ability to work Independently
- Degree in Computer Science would be a plus

Work Location: Kalali, Vadodara Job Type: Full-Time Workdays: Monday to Friday
