**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Stay updated on OPT and H-1B visa regulations and trends in the recruitment industry.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline, though HR, Business, or IT-related fields are a plus).
- **Excellent verbal and written (ENGLISH)** communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service is a **plus** but not required.
- Basic understanding of the US immigration process for OPT, H-1B, or similar visas is a bonus.
