**You’ll do**:

- Position awill primarily support corporate recruiting initiatives of the organization and work closely with the corporate recruiting manager.
- Duties include full cycle recruiting including: screening, sourcing, offer processing, negotiation of offers, consultation with hiring managers and partnering with Human Resources business partners on the on-boarding process.
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Develops an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate.
- Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.

**You’ll Need**:

- High commitment to excellence and ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Ability to multi-task in a very fast paced environment
- Ability to manage and juggle competing priorities; including interview scheduling and ATS updates
- Strong sense of urgency
- Commitment to high performance and results
- Bachelor’s degree required; Specialization in Business Management or Human Resources preferred
- Marketing and/or Technical recruiting experience preferred

**Salary**: ₹260,000.00 - ₹334,000.00 per year
