**Key Responsibilities**:

- Recruitment Life Cycle Management: Handle the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to offer closure.
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers and client representatives to understand hiring needs and refine search criteria
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year as an IT Recruiter, with expertise in managing the recruitment process end-to-end.
