And we need the right people to keep the fire burning— that’s where you come in.The Role: We’re on the lookout for a go-getter HR Recruiter who can handle hiring for everything — from store staff to production teams to mid- and senior-level roles. If you love connecting people with the right opportunities and want to be part of a legacy brand with startup energy, this one’s for you.What You’ll Be Doing: Own the full recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviews & onboarding. Recruit across verticals: Retail, Production, Admin, and Corporate. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs. Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current & future roles. Keep the hiring process smooth, fast & people-friendly. Maintain recruitment MIS and reports.You Should Have: Experience in recruitment (bonus points if from FMCG, retail, or manufacturing). Sourcing ninja skills — from portals to LinkedIn to good ol’ referrals. Strong people skills — you’re approachable, organized, and persistent. The ability to juggle multiple roles without losing your cool. A degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field.Important Notes: This is an on-site role — work from our Vadodara head office.
