**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and highly presentable **International Sales & Client Representative** to join our growing investment team. This role requires international travel to meet high-profile clients, understand their needs, present our real estate investment offerings, and build long-term client relationships.

Ideal for someone with excellent communication and convincing skills, this position is a key liaison between our firm and international investors—especially NRIs and HNIs—who seek reliable, profitable real estate investment opportunities in India.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Represent the company internationally and attend meetings with potential and existing clients.
- Build trust-driven relationships with overseas clients to promote investment opportunities.
- Confidently handle in-person meetings, video calls, and cross-border negotiations.
- Gather, document, and report client feedback and preferences to the internal team.
- Support the entire sales journey—from client engagement to closure and after-sales care.
- Regularly update the CRM and maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Exceptional English communication—both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Independent, bold, and ready to face international client scenarios with confidence.
- Prior experience in international sales, real estate, or investment advisory is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Passion for real estate investment and client relations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
