**Sales Representative - Architecture Visualization (3D Walkthroughs)**
**Position Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Sales Representative** to join our team, specializing in **Architecture Visualization** and **3D Walkthroughs**.
In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients within the architecture, real estate, construction, and related industries to present our services and generate new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be to engage with companies and organizations, understand their needs, and offer customized 3D visualization solutions that can enhance their projects and workflows.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and target potential clients, including architecture firms, construction companies, real estate developers, and other businesses in need of 3D walkthroughs or architectural visualization services.
- **Consultative Selling**: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored solutions and providing expert advice on how architectural visualization can enhance their project presentations, sales efforts, and decision-making processes.
- **Service Presentations**: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of 3D walkthroughs, explaining the features, advantages, and value of the service in a compelling and professional manner.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- **Sales Targets & Reporting**: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and client engagement. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward goals.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the internal design and production teams to ensure that client requirements are understood and met. Provide client feedback to improve service offerings and ensure quality delivery.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management (CRM), preferably in a B2B setting.
- Familiarity with architecture, real estate, or construction industries is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Ability to present complex technical services (such as 3D walkthroughs) in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with a fast-paced sales environment.
- Ability to work independently, with strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and basic knowledge of architectural design or visualization tools is a plus.
**Education & Experience**:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous sales experience in the architecture, design, real estate, or construction industries is an advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹40,694.20 per month
Compensation Package:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
