**What you will be doing**:

- Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of SharePoint Online and on-premises environments.
- Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of problems related to SharePoint.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect SharePoint data, including permissions management, data encryption, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Customize SharePoint sites, create workflows, and develop solutions using SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, and other tools to meet business requirements.
- Backup and Recovery: Ensure regular backups of SharePoint data and develop disaster recovery plans to minimize data loss and downtime.

**What you bring**:

- Proven experience in managing SharePoint environments, including SharePoint Online and on-premises versions.
- Proficiency in SharePoint administration, PowerShell scripting, and knowledge of related technologies such as Microsoft 365, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve SharePoint-related issues efficiently.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate are a plus.
