**Job Description**:
**Mandatory**
- Monitors SharePoint software for any glitches or problems and troubleshoots issues promptly.
- Providing support and guidance to SharePoint developers.
- Oversees activity about the maintenance of SharePoint with regular health checkups.
- Manages and revises the layout of the site and Customizes SharePoint site for company purposes.
- Analyzes daily user activity on SharePoint.
- Maintains records of SharePoint updates, maintenance, and activity by apprising Microsoft updates to SharePoint software.
- Reports to company management with updates and information about SharePoint use.
- Provides technical support for SharePoint users and holding training and informational sessions to teach employees how to use SharePoint.
- Addresses questions or concerns from business owners or directors regarding the function of the software.
- Maintains SharePoint firewalls and security with IT INFRA team.
- Attends IT conferences to learn about new software developments.

**Desired**
- Playing SAP's BASIS role for just providing accesses to the user group in SAP
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager' administration tool (Configuration, Integration and User Support)
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Flow, Power Apps (Configuration, Integration and User Support)
